Transportation and assistance provided by a caregiver. Used for escorted rides to and from medical appointments, grocery shopping and errands. Can accommodate a fold up wheelchair,no lifting, must be able to transfer. An assessment of needs will be made before service begins. This is a door through door service-pick up and drop off are inside the door.
